It is my challenge to seek out and find interesting local specialties as well as exotic choices in location and menu. Some will be just good local eateries. hopefully some will be...interesting and educational. My limitations: 1.keep within the corporate expense limits. 2.Convincing my various traveling partners to go to said places and maybe even be on camera.
